This Ansible collection is the result of collaborative efforts from a group of community members who shared a common goal—to seamlessly integrate Checkmk with Ansible. We are proud to say that this project has now evolved into a valuable tool for streamlined monitoring processes.

After studying IT at the Berufsakademie Stuttgart, I was working with different monitoring tools for different companies since 1998.
In 2013, I fell in love with the open source monitoring solution Checkmk and kept working with it ever since. In 2021, I had the chance to join the company itself as a consultant.
Together with 2 colleagues and a lot of help from the open source community, I created the Checkmk Ansible collection.
