This talk, designed for intermediate users, aims to demystify the process by providing a practical roadmap drawn from my own journey. I will explore common challenges and share insights from transitioning through various approaches, from Kubernetes' built-in secrets to external tools like Sealed Secrets, CSI Secrets Store, and External Secrets. Through real-world examples and lessons learned, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to manage secrets more securely and efficiently in their Kubernetes environments, while contributing to stronger community practices and more resilient applications.
